When Indian leaders were busy in formation of Indian Constitution another visionary Fr. Quinn Enright was giving shape to an institute which became Mother of management education in India. Xavier Labour Relation Institute , a pioneer management institute , established in 1949 gave many visionaries and leaders to the world.
Established in the Steel city of jamshedpur, with a vision to be the first to respond to the needs of the people and nation, this institute brought Jamshedpur on the educational map of world.Its courses BM , PMIR, GMP are well renowed and considered best in the league.
